I am thrilled to unveil my newest project – my own interior design studio and showroom! I invite you to join me in celebrating my Grand Opening, Friday, April 5th through Sunday, April 7th.
After working from home for the past 20 years, having an actual brick and mortar location is exciting, because it opens the door to new opportunities for creative engagement with my clients.

My new location in the Webster Woods Plaza is part working studio, part showroom. The space offers a relaxed setting for you to explore the possibilities for home design. It’s where we can have a relaxed conversation about your goals for your home. You can browse through my extensive selection of fabrics and wall coverings; see, touch and feel the quality of the furnishings, window treatments, lighting, flooring and home decor. We can design your custom furniture together, or you can take home an accessory that speaks to your good taste. All while enjoying your favorite beverage and a sweet confection in the comfort of one of our room settings.

I’m honored to open my new studio and showroom in Webster, a township of Rochester New York. Coined, “Where Life Is Worth Living,” Webster is a vibrant community which has seen tremendous growth both in housing and business. I look forward to becoming an active member here and continuing to build on our reputation for excellence within Rochester’s design/build industry.
My next post will feature all the exciting events happening during our Grand Opening weekend!
Hi Janis!
I wanted to have the pleasure of leaving you your first ever blog comment! Your new showroom looks so pretty and I wish you every success with your grand opening.
The greater Webster/Rochester community is fortunate to have someone with your taste, experience and knowledge opening a retail interior design showroom in their midst.
If I lived closer to you, I would be there, but since I don’t -I am rooting for you from afar.
Wishing you the best of everything – it looks beautiful!
Leslie, it makes my heart smile that you are the first to comment on my blog since you have been such a big part of this website becoming a reality. Thank you for guiding me through the process with your expertise, kindness and enthusiasm. Your wishes for my success are most appreciated!
Happy for you Janis!
Rebecca, you are so kind! Thank you so much. I miss the chance to see you again in High Point. Have a blast!
